Holy wow- the chicken was SO GOOD!!!! I honestly believe it may be the best chicken I've ever eaten. And that is saying something because chicken is by far my favorite protein. I'm tempted to buy a big cooler and fill it up to take home with me. (Unfortunately I am not local.) Thanks for an excellent meal! It was definitely enough for 2 meals- lucky me.

Yadira was our waitress and she was so nice and helpful with recommendations and explaining the menu, she had good manners and patience. I really loved the service specially, food was delicious, I'm really happy with everything.

We had an amazing experience at Francisca Charcoal Chicken & Meats in Doral! We were a group of 7, and everything was perfect from the moment we walked in. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Marisabel truly made our visit special. She was so attentive, friendly, and patient with our large group. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often with a smile. Her customer service was outstanding and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be coming back — and we will be asking for Marisabel again! Highly recommend!

We are happy to have found this restaurant. It has become our go to spot. The food is amazing, the ambiance is nice and cozy, and the service is great. The manager is always making sure the restaurant is running smoothly. The last time we went our waitress was Emely. She’s was great as usual.

Kenelma was stupendous in recommending the best food i have ever tasted. This place is a must to try. Piranha steak rare medium was spot on and delish.

Our waitress Emely was fantastic! Attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Food was extraordinary. We were left pleased with every single dish. Skirt steak, roasted chicken, empanadas, soup, yuca, churros. Everything. 10/10 across the board. Plus the inside is updated and very clean.

Upscale and casual atmosphere at the same time. The restaurant is clean. The ambiance is nice and very family oriented. Our server Yadira was excellent. She is personable, attentive, and diligent. The food was delicious. The parillada with 1/2 chicken Picanha chicharrones and chorizo was delicious. We also recommend the coconut lemonade and mint lemonade. Highly recommend this restaurant you’re getting quality.

Learned recently I have multiple food, allergies…like gluten. YAY! My server (Emely) worked with me on my food. Allergies, she was great. The food here is off the chain delicious, and the prices are good. I will definitely visit this place again! If you are in the area, I highly recommend you check it out!
